We are a multi-ethnic, multi-generational, and multi-dimensional community of believers with a deep hunger for God, seeking to live and serve from heaven down — on earth as it is in heaven. Rooted in the heart of Psalm 24, we believe we are part of the generation that seeks His face and pursues His presence, becoming a people marked by His habitation. As Kingdom citizens, we carry a mandate to equip, restore, and build His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

Pastor Luvell Stepter

Pastor Luvell Stepter is the founder and Senior Pastor of The Gathering. A native of Chicago, he accepted the call to ministry at age 11 and has spent his life serving the Church, developing leaders, and communicating the Word of God with clarity and conviction. His ministry is marked by a strong Kingdom and prophetic emphasis, a passion for biblical teaching, and a desire to see people equipped, restored, and transformed. Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Luvell is an author, entrepreneur, branding creative, and founder of F.L.A.M.E. Productions Inc. and Cuzzo, using each platform to inspire purpose and impact culture.

Karla ‘Lady K’ Stepter

Karla ‘Lady K’ Stepter serves alongside Pastor Luvell with wisdom, grace, and strength. An attorney by profession, a powerful intercessor, and a trusted voice in ministry, she brings leadership, counsel, discernment, and compassion to the life of The Gathering. Her heart for prayer and people helps cultivate an atmosphere where individuals and families can grow deeper in faith, purpose, and their relationship with God.
